We are looking for a range of Consultants to support the delivery of client work and business development work across our policy & political analysis (PPA) and markets & investor advisory (MIA) teams based in our London office.
Our consultant team is at the heart of all we do at Flint. You will work closely with team members right across the business to support clients on public policy, politics, regulation, and commercial strategy. Flint’s clients want to understand, in detail, how they can build a long-term strategy to thrive commercially in a changing and increasingly uncertain policy environment.
You will have scope to engage with clients at the most senior levels – including Board members and Executive teams – and across a wide range of sectors.
The role will provide an unparalleled opportunity to research and analyse the complex policy challenges our clients face and develop options and approaches to address those challenges, backing up recommendations with wider strategic and political analysis. You will also have the chance to work on a range of projects as part of a mixed discipline team.
Flint provides an excellent professional and educational environment for people to accelerate their personal and career development. There will be space to engage in discussion and debates on substantive policy and political challenges, as well as significant scope for progression through the company.
